Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
- You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on your location and selected service at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (USA):
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
International Shipping:
- Available to select countries
- Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Charis Skin Care & Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier issues (weather, strikes, or natural disasters)
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Customs clearance delays (for international orders)

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by U.S. regulations.
- Certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to ingredient regulations in your country.
