To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
Please contact us at sales@chariskincarebeauty.com before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
